 3.  Measure the thickness in microns using the instrument shown

Step 1: Cleaning and removing all debris and foreign contaminants

Step 2: Apply Sealer 

Step 3: Check Materials & Specification

Step 4: First Coating

 

Step 5: Apply Second Coating

Step 6: Apply Third  Coating (0.6-0.8microns)

Ready for Wet Film Thickness Test (WFT)
