SPECIFICATION AND STANDARD FOR STRUCTURAL STEELWORK: GENERAL PART 13 - WARRANTY AND AS BUILT DRAWINGS

1.19          WARRANTY

1.19.1       The Contractor shall furnish the Engineer with the relevant warranty documents and certificates for all proprietary products and systems used in the entire process of producing the structural steelwork complying with the Specification.

1.20          AS-BUILT DRAWINGS

1.20.1       The  Contractor  shall  produce  the  complete  as-built  drawings  for  the  structural steelwork and submit them in both hard copy and soft copy to SCI. This shall be a condition for the issuance of the Certificate of Completion.

1.20.2       A set of check prints shall be sent to SCI for comments prior to the final submission of the as-built drawings and CDs.

1.20.3       The hard copy of the drawings shall comprise three set of prints on A1 sized paper, duly endorsed by the Contractor’s Quality Control Team. The soft copies of drawings are to be provided in the compact disks.
